Era soldado conscripto de la Armada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naci\u00f3 el 2 de diciembre de 1962, en Chacabuco, al noroeste de la provincia de Buenos Aires, aunque tiempo despu\u00e9s su familia residi\u00f3 en la localidad de Daireaux, hacia el oeste del centro bonaerense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tripulantes que navegaban en el crucero fueron 1093 y 323 fallecieron en el hundimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasaron 40 a\u00f1os y todav\u00eda no hay justicia. Y no se sabe si alguna vez habr\u00e1. Luis Roberto D\u00edaz es uno de los 649 h\u00e9roes ca\u00eddos, cumpliendo una misi\u00f3n dirigida desde la oscuridad por unos dictadores y violadores de derechos humanos. Nunca dieron la cara y festejaban por un \u201ctriunfo argentino\u201d como si fuera un partido de f\u00fatbol. El objetivo de recuperar las Islas Malvinas fue, es y ser\u00e1 justo. Pero no de esa manera, exponiendo a&nbsp; j\u00f3venes inexpertos.
